The normal business hours of Central Plaza are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday.

Write your complaints or suggestions using the standard ‘Property management service request’ form found in the Tenant Handbook's Forms & Lists section and submit it to the Building Management for review and action.
Visitors can check in to the building in two ways:
- Advance Registration: The tenant registers the visitor in advance by filling out the "Access registration form" and sending it via email to centralplaza@jvcplaza.vn.
- On-Site Registration: The visitor registers their information at the reception desk, and the receptionist will contact the tenant to confirm the visit.
Central Plaza ensures tenant safety with 24/7 security personnel, surveillance cameras, and controlled access to the building.
Yes, Central Plaza offers on-site parking for both cars and motorbikes. The availability for tenants varies depending on the actual situation. Please register your vehicle parking here.
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Not available on Sundays or public holidays.
Additional parking fee details:
- Vehicles parked outside the mentioned hours are charged 10,000 VND/hour.
- Overnight parking (from midnight to 6:00 AM the next day) is charged at 150,000 VND/night.
Please fill out the "Minute of Lost Vehicle Card" form, return the hard copy to the Building Management, and pay 100,000 VND to reissue a new card. The minimum time to reissue a new card is 01 working day. You can receive the new card at the security gate at the parking lot entrance.
